THERAPY FOR ANXIETY, STRESS, AND OCD
Anxiety can affect your thoughts, relationships, sleep, physical well-being, work, and everyday decision-making. Therapy can help you identify patterns that contribute to anxiety, develop more effective coping strategies, reduce avoidance, and build greater confidence in managing stressful situations.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can involve unwanted or intrusive thoughts, intense anxiety, and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals used to reduce distress or gain a sense of certainty.
Although these responses may provide temporary relief, they can also strengthen the cycle of anxiety and make the thoughts feel increasingly important or difficult to ignore. Therapy can help you better understand these patterns, reduce the influence of anxiety and compulsive responses, and develop healthier ways of responding to uncertainty and distress.
ADULT ADHD THERAPY
Adults with ADHD may experience difficulties with focus, organization, procrastination, time management, motivation, planning, or maintaining routines.
Therapy can help you better understand these patterns and develop practical strategies for managing daily responsibilities, work demands, relationships, and personal goals.
DEPRESSION, GRIEF, AND LIFE TRANSITIONS
Periods of sadness, loss, uncertainty, and major change can affect how you see yourself and your future.
Therapy can provide support while you process difficult experiences, adjust to changes, identify what matters most to you, and begin moving forward in a way that feels realistic and meaningful.
RELATIONSHIP AND FAMILY STRESS
Even when you are seeking individual therapy rather than couples or family therapy, relationships can have a significant effect on your emotional well-being.
Individual therapy can help you explore communication patterns, boundaries, expectations, family dynamics, and the ways important relationships may be affecting your stress, mood, or sense of self.
