CURRENT PATIENTS THERAPY APPOINTMENT CALENDAR
This therapy appointment calendar is for current patients only. If you are either a former or a new patient, please contact me by phone or email first to discuss my availability and to determine if I would be a good fit for your current needs. If you are a former patient who has relocated to a different state, please note that I can only see you for teletherapy if you are physically present in the state of Maryland at the time of your therapy sessions.
My Google Calendar lists all my openings for current patients (for this month and several months ahead). Please note that you cannot schedule yourself as I am the administrator of the calendar. Below are scheduling instructions:

- Look through the available appointments and write down the ones you would like to schedule.
- Email me the appointment date(s) and time(s) you selected at: mina@minacounseling.com
- I will respond to your email and confirm your appointment(s) request.
I update my Google calendar daily and re-list slots that become available due to rescheduling or cancellations. If your preferred time slots were not available when you initially scheduled with me, you might want to periodically check my calendar for new openings.
Cancellation Policy
Please, email me or call me at least 24 hours in advance in order to (1) avoid full session charges and (2) give me enough time to offer your appt. slot to another family on my waiting list for that week. Occasional exceptions occur if it is agreed that a late cancellation was unavoidable.
